MiaCMS users have the openid option today. We want to extend that same option to them when moving to Aliro. The goal for this item is to either port and enhance the existing MiaCMS implementation or create a new openid implementation for Aliro.

Note: Cem did the original work for MiaCMS and it was based on Drupal's openid setup. Cem will get this bug once his user is in the tracker.
